Abstract Submission Instructions
Before submitting your abstract, pre-registration is required.
After registration, you will receive a validation email to activate your account. Once activated, you will be able to access the Members’ Area.In this area, you can submit your abstract until the submission deadline: March 15, 2026.
For each abstract, please indicate the title, authors’ names, and the desired presentation type (oral or poster).
The abstract template is available for download from this abstract_template_ecof19.
Be sure to upload the file using the following naming convention: firstnamesurnameposter.doc or firstnamesurnameoral.doc (or docx).
If you do not receive a confirmation email for your abstract submission or registration, please check your spam folder or contact the organizing committee.
